The teams I’ve worked with at AAI have been excellent. They work hard to meet deadlines, are conscientious of costs, and can adapt to different types of project requirements: Scrappy prototype, pilot plant production equipment, or refined lab equipment. On all custom equipment projects issues arise; overcoming these issues is always a team effort.
I’ve found that many machine integrators/custom machine fabricators have problems using other individuals’ solutions, it’s a pride thing. Aslin’s teams have always been willing to take the solutions anywhere as long as they’re the best solution, not letting their pride get in the way. This is a unique experience for me in my 20 years of custom equipment project management.
